DEBOSS Deboss is a classic imprint method that leaves your corporate logo depressed on a material surface. A die is created for your logo and then heat-pressed onto the product. The result is a crisp, clean logo that you can see and touch. Debossing is available on all simulated leather products as well as those products available with Deboss Patches. SILKSCREEN Your corporate message is applied directly onto the products' surface by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen. This is a cost effective process with excellent visibility. |  | TRANSFER Using the same process as Silkscreen, the ink is reverse printed onto special release paper then applied to the product using heat and pressure. This technique is suitable for multi-color runs but is subject to additional charges and requires a minimum 250 pcs. Umbrella Multi-Color Screen Transfers include one set-up and one running charge per color and requires a minimum 125 pcs. Repeat charges are applicable for Umbrella Multi-Color Screen Transfers. Umbrella 4-Color Process Screen Transfers include one set-up and three running charges per order. |  | PAD PRINTING Your corporate message is etched into a plate where ink id applied. A soft silicone pad is pressed down onto the plate then reapplies the image directly to the product. Advantages include image detail, excellent registration of color and ability to print contoured and textured surfaces. |  | GEOPANEL™ The GeoPanel™ process is an exciting breakthrough in transfer technology where a unique heat and pressure process transfers your logo directly onto the product. GeoPanel™ requires any geometric shape as a background. It can be a standard shape, like a circle or square or a shape of your own creation. GeoPanel™ includes up to a 4-color process with one set-up. Unless a bleed is specified, an approximate 1/8" white border will surround your image. It is recommended that your background color be different from the color of the product. We will default to a white background, if the color is not specified. PMS colors are based upon printing on white non-textile substrate. Due to the nature of the heat and pressure process, PMS color matched are approximate only. GeoPanel™ comes standard on most bags and presents an impression, multicolored impression at no extra cost on even the most economical bags.
