All colors vary with the printing process (silkscreen, pad print, transfer), the color of the material being printed on, as well as the type of surface (shiny or matte finish). PMS Numbers are indicated for reference only. They are approximate as PMS Colours are based upon process printing on white substrate. PMS Colour Matching for any non-standard color is available at $35.00 (G) per color.
Art Specifications
Artwork must be fully vectorized files created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and saved as an *.ai or *.eps format with type converted to curves or outlines.  Art supplied for laser engraving must be completely vectorized and cannot have any tints, strokes or colors (images must be completely comprised of 100% solid black fills). Please refer to Art Specifications for complete details.
Due to the varied nature and multidimensional curvatures existing on much of Starline's product line a slightly noticeable distrotion of an unknown degree may occur when imprinting some products with a square, rectangular or round images.
We do not accept any low resolution website art, nor any word publishing document, Microsoft PhotoDraw, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, FreeHand, PageMaker, InDesign, Adobe Image Ready & QuarkExpress. Low resolution formats such as *.jpeg, *.gif, *.pict, *.tif etc. are not acceptable.
Email your artwork directly to your Customer Care representative (; i.e. or and please include the following information:

1.     Purchase Order Number.
2.     Distributor name.
3.     Contact name, phone number (with extension) and e-mail address (if applicable).
4.     E-mail a colour PDF file or fax a color-broken artwork hard copy to you Customer Care
        representative along with your purchase order.
5.     If a "repeat" or "reference to" order, indicated previous purchase order/acknowledgement
Please be advised that artwork supplied which does not meet our specifications will affect your delivery date. Unless otherwise specified, your desired image will be sized to the maximum imprint area size indicated in the catalog.
Ink, Copy & Product Colour Changes
For ink changes within an order add $20.00 (G) per colour change. For copy changes within an order add $40.00 (G) per copy change. Deboss Change of Copy: $70.00 (G) plus $1.20 (G)/unit. The minimum quantity required for a colour/copy change is 50% of the lowest catalogue quantity. Product colour changes are available for minimum catalogue quantities only.
$6.25 (G) for faxed/emailed paper proof in addition to all other charges. $15.00 (G) per imprint colour/location for product proofs plus art, screen, set-up cost of product and shipping costs. Revision of proofs will be re-charged as a new proof and include additional art charges. Paper proof will be sent within 24-48 hours following receipt of usable artwork. Every order requiring paper proof will be eligible for 5 Day Service following receipt of signed paper proof approval. Note: Total responsibility for design and imprint lies with the buyer when a proof is approved or if no proof is requested.
Over/Under Runs/Exact Quantities:
Due to the nature of manufacturing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 5%. If you require exact quantities, please add $25.00 (G). Exact quantities are available on one (1) colour orders that do not exceed 1,000 units. Note: Products valued at $29.99 (C) or higher will automatically ship exact quantities.
Less Than Minimum:
There will be a charge of $40.00 (G) for orders less than the catalog minimum. The absolute minimum order is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity and is limited to one (1) colour/location imprint only.
Multi-Colour Imprints:
For Screen, Transfer and Pad print orders with 3 or more imprint colours require 2nd column quantity or 250 piece minimum (whichever is greater).
Repeat Orders:
Furnish our original acknowledgement number as well as your purchase order number. There are no set-up charges for exact repeats if the previous order was done within the previous 24 months. All other charges apply (i.e. pms colours, running charges, etc). Files and artwork will be saved for 24 months.
Returns & Cancellations:
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by the factory. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks after authorization is given or the claim will be voided. No credit will be issued if product was not used in its normal course. To cancel an order before production requires a $25.00 (G) cancellation fee. To cancel during production, order will be billed for cost of labor and materials, in addition to cancellation fee. All cancellations must be authorized by factory and received in writing.
Due to unavoidable manufacturers product changes and improvements, we reserve the right to substitute, at any point in time, products that compare in price and design for those shown in this catalog. *The color of the products shown within the catalog or on the website may vary from actual item color. For true representation we suggest you see a sample of the item.
Products noted as Starline Patent notifies the Industry that Starline is the sole licensee of one or more North American patents on the noted item. Starline will vigorously defend all patents.
Trademark Usage:
Artwork, designs, logos and trademarks imprinted on products in this catalog have been reproduced only as an example of the quality of imprints available from Starline. They are not intended to represent or constitute an endorsement of Starline or its products by any other company. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by factory in producing the items ordered will be accepted by factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.
Drinkware Care:
Stainless Steel Travel Mugs and Tumblers are formed by progressive stamping and then press fitting of the component parts such as the liner and shell. Often times the tumbler bottom is formed and welded to the product during the later steps of manufacture. Handles on mugs are may also be attached to the mug shell by a series of screws through the wall of the stainless steel shell. Due to this standard assembly process, double wall mugs (non-vacuum) may not be water tight and thus we strongly recommend hand wash only. We suggest you avoid submersion of the tumbler/mug and avoid dishwashers. Since all Starline mugs/tumblers are food grade stainless steel any cleaner including bleach may be used to wash the inside of the product. Starline vacuum mugs are of superior design and construction since a watertight vacuum is maintained between the liner and shell walls of the vessel.
Upon request we will insert your items at 50¢ (G)/item for simple insertions. More complicated insertions may incur additional charges. Add 1-3 days to standard lead time. Please contact factory for details on non-paper inserts.
All orders are FOB our factory in Concord, Ontario
Orders scheduled of pickup, we will hold on our dock for a maximum of 48 hours only. If orders are not picked up within 48 hours  of receiving notification. Starline will ship and charge applicable freight.
Orders will be shipped Purolator Ground unless otherwise specified. Any ground services other than Purolator will require your carrier's account number.
All air shipments will be shipped by Purolator unless otherwise specified. Any air shipments other than Purolator will require your carrier's account shipping number.
Orders shipping to USA destination are FOB our factory in Grand Island, New York, Please call factory specific shipping details.
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier.
Drop Shipments Printed Goods:
Drop Ship Charges Include: Up to Two Locations Free.  Full case quantity/Same logo: $2.00(G) each.    

Individual Drop Ships, 1item per address/per box: $3.40(G) each.

Mix Quantities to various locations: $10.00(G) each.

Drop ship addresses must be received no later than five days prior to the scheduled ship date.
Add one to three days to standard lead times for drop shipments.
If there are more than ten drop ship addresses, we require that you provide us with the addresses electronically (Excel file format, sent on a disk or an attachment to an email). For your convenience, a template is available on our web site.
Drop Shipments Unimprinted GOODS:
The same parameters apply for drop shipping with the exception that each drop shipment must be in case quantities.
